Mobile licensing reform

CEG Director Paul Reynolds is to speak on mobile licensing reform at the Mobile Asia Congress in Macau on 13 November 2007. Paul will speak as part of the Congress’ Government Symposium attended by Ministers and Heads of Regulation from over 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region as well as senior industry representatives. CEG economists have advised on spectrum licensing issues in a number of countries.
