Bond market gives regulators a headache
Dr. Tom Hird and Prof. Bruce Grundy have recently researched whether government bond yields are biased down by a lack of supply. They have submitted on this issue and to a number of Australian regulators who are now grappling with the implications of the evidence put before them. CECG's.
