CEG presents at the European Parliament on Reform of Universal Service Obligations

Paul Reynolds will present the initial findings of a study for GSM Europe examining the issues and policy options arising from longer term reform of Universal Service policy at a dinner for Members of the European Parliament on 26 February 2008.  The Chairman of the European Regulators Group and the Director of Public Affairs of the Orange France Telecom Group will also address the dinner which is organised by the European Internet Foundation.
