Johanna Hansson has advised on a wide range of matters relating to competition and regulatory economics in Australia and overseas. She has advised both private businesses and government agencies, including economic regulators. Johanna’s industry experience spans electricity and gas transport and distribution, ports, rail, aviation and telecommunications. Recent projects on which Johanna has advised include the GSM Association on best practice in licensing spectrum to support mobile broadband, Commercial Radio Australia on revisions of the Commercial Radio Standards, Virgin Australia on aeronautical charges at Australian capital city airports and the Victorian gas businesses on cost of debt and market risk premium.
Johanna has a Masters degree in Economics and double Bachelor degree in Economics and Management, both from Uppsala University in Sweden.
Johanna is fluent in English, Swedish and German and is based in CEG's Sydney office.
